Seals & Seals

Over the years the Grand Ole Opry has been a place where dreams were either made or dashed and July 19, 2003 was no different.  We knew it was true the moment Jeanne Seely introduced  Dan Seals and he took the stage to perform his magic.   After singing "I'd Really Love To See You Tonight" Dan paused to announce that he had brought a guest with him - his brother Jimmy.   The audience went wild as together the two performed "Summer Breeze".  The crowd response went beyond all expectations!!   Dan then returned to the spotlight to perform "Bop".

After leaving the stage they two were quickly interviewd by CMT as evidenced by the captured screen shot.

The late Opry saw Jimmy C Newman introduce Dan who immediately launched into "Everything That Glitters Is Not Gold".  Once again when Dan introduced his brother Jimmy.  Again when the duo started the opening chords of "Diamond Girl" the audience went wild.  Although the second set on the Opry was shorter, the audience was just as supportive.  Below is another captured screenshot.
